This sculpture at CIA headquarters holds one of the world's most famous unsolved mysteries - CNN

So the artist who made this sculpture in the CIA headquarters knew nothing about cryptography. He asked help from some CIA expert and thus learned enough to create a code that haven't been broken for more than 20 years. I think this guy has chosen wrong proffesion. Had he decided to work with cryptography undead of art he would have raised all crypto algorithms to a new level
