This news is very misleading, the reason for the seeds in the mailboxes is so that sellers on platforms such as Aliexpress can put positive reviews under their own product. They create a made up account with a real adress based in the U.S and after the shipment is verified by aliexpress, they put a positive review on their page. seeds are very light and thus very cheap to send. It's just seeds, everybody has some form of ingredient in their home from china, and you are probably eating it safely.
