Palace Cliper Gran Vía Hotel Madrid is the worst hotel experience I ever had. Petit Palace Cliper Hotel Gran Vía allows street prostitutes to enter the hotel, and I couldn't sleep the first entire night because two drugged guys brought two prostitutes to the hotel.
They keep screaming and shouting all night long.. probably using drugs and drinking. The hotel staff didn't do anything about it. It was the most bizarre hotel I stayed and never more will stay there.
I was tired of my trip, with two business appointments on the next day, and the hotel is a mess. If you are on a family vacation, go pick another hotel because Petit Palace Cliper Gran Vía hotel is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!
The two guys brought street prostitutes inside the hotel where other guests and families were sleeping. At 4am they started to shout out loud in the rooms and corridors. This is unacceptable for any hotel. For the hotel administrator: it is YOUR FAULT, not the guests' fault.
The guests pay your night rate to rest in a family-friendly and quiet environment. You cannot provide a good environment to rest. So, go to hell with this shit hotel.
