As an American soldier,.regardless if he was out during time off or not he wasn't on vacation he was there as an American soldier working in the Philippines. He should be charged when he returns to America. Murder is murder regardless of gender. I get it that he was furious as would I be as well as a straight male should I find myself getting intimate with what I thought was a woman only to find out I had been decieved by a man disguised as a woman. But he could have just flipped out and kicked the person out, he didn't have to kill the person. That's murder on cold looks not in a self defense adrenaline rushed actions. He's a low life murderer and should be treated as such.
