Finastra says the system, formerly known as Malauzai, provides a "consistent, omni-channel experience" for customers.
Chris Conway, CEO of Educational Systems FCU, says that his firm needed to provide its members with a digital experience.
He adds that it needed to rival the in-branch experience "in terms of ease and functionality". The credit union picked Finastra's system due to its robustness and ability to integrate with a new core system.
