I live in the Yukon, north of 60 degree parallel, in northern Canada. As far north as Siberia. We regularly have 30 degree plus days in summer with some summers for weeks. Since 1985 at least, that's when I moved north as a child. We have had rain for the last 5 summers solid, abysmal winters, wet like it has never been. So, I am still on the fence. I think trade winds have a lot to do with the distribution of climate changes and I can see in the north, the wet is coming west from Greenland, the dry Siberia is getting belongs to us - we are semi-arid desert. Siberia has our heat, we have their rain. Neither Canada nor Russia care about the north, except to exploit it for minerals and cheat the people who live here. If you care about this, support the north in any way you can. We need all the help we can get to keep the world from melting. Better come see it before it is gone, it is going fast ( as in faster than the rest of the world).
