"Libra is a scary currency for most banks that it is looking to establish itself as a global currency, " which it can achieve through use in almost every country, It is indeed a powerful asset, should its ambitions ever be realized. Thus, the Libra still appears on the backburner.
There have been many talks about the currency, but it has still not emerged, despite it being first announced a year earlier in June of 2019.
