They are already mass producing a vaccine that has not been proven. There's a cost reimbursment. Politics? This doesn't make me feel confident at all. I want a vaccine. I don't want something that is quickly put out there for monitary gain or promotion of a Nov 3rd deadline to promote someone's political agenda.
