Well they traded Nick Foles for a reason. They have trust that Minshew can be the franchise qb they've been looking for. Signing Cam will only hurt Minshew's development to grow as that franchise qb. And even then if they wanted to have Minshew as the starter and Cam as a backup, no way would Cam sign. He wants to be a starter, not a backup.
