Not so fast. Earlier vaccines made for corona-type viruses incited such a cytokine storm in study participants, that they proved fatal. Just like the worst outcomes of COVID 19. Manufacturing vaccines is a slow, expensive, and laborious process - a real money-loser for big drug companies. Many never make it to market despite many billions in investments. Let's hope J & J's version is the exception!
