The title of this clip is so misleading. South Korea has never banned anyone from coming in except for those from hubei (wuhan) province yet dw writes as "shuts back down"? Come on... show me some real journalism please. All the SK gov is doing is askin new entrants from europe and usa to do a self-quarantine for 14 days and giving them a free testing so all people can be safe. The country has never and will never shut down its borders because it knows such draconian measures would backfire in a country like SK. Have some respect and stop writing based on your bias.
