The digestive system of the Indian bullfrog is divided into two parts the alimentary canal and the digestive glands. The alimentary canal starts from the mouth and ends at the cloacal aperture. The frog has teeth only in the upper jaw. They have no teeth in the lower jaw. The alimentary canal consists of mouth, buccal cavity, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine and cloaca. The digestive glands of frog consists of liver and pancreas.
