4 pieces of rui fish.
7/8 pieces of sweet pumpkin.
1/2 cup onion paste.
1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
1 teaspoon chilli powder.
Salt to taste.
1/2 teaspoon fried cumin powder.
2 tablespoons oil.
4/5 green chillies.
1 tomato.
Step
First put 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Then put a little turmeric, pepper and salt in the fish pieces and lightly fry in oil.
Then fry the sweet pumpkin pieces in the same oil with a little turmeric powder and salt.
Then in the frying pan, add the remaining oil and add the onion paste. Fry the onion for 5 minutes, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste and add a cup of water for 10 minutes.
If you add spices, you have to add fried fish and sweet pumpkin in it.
Shake for 5 minutes on low heat and spread cumin powder and green chillies on top. I made flowers with tomatoes on top and served. It looks great with white rice or polao.
