The video you are posting around social media showing "electrical energy attacks" was weather radar showing the tail end of hurricane Elida as she struck a glancing blow off the west coast of the US. The lightning strikes were from hurricane Elida. You fear mongers should go to jail for frightening the public at this most vulnerable time for everyone.
