State troops are using flash bangs, water cannons, batons and tear gas. They are shooting people at point blank range with rubber bullets, threatening women with rape and shooting into windows of people protesting with their voices but afraid to leave their homes. They are beating and torturing those they detain. They are rounding up people who are simply outside, but not participating in the protests. Two deaths reported but there are likely more.
