Introduction |

Money or education, do they really matter? Do we really need them? Are they so important as to be worth the contention? Of course, they are important. Then which is the most important? Which should we go for?
Anyway, we all understand that money is very important in our day-to-day life. Without money, we would not be able to meet up with our daily responsibilities and life demands. That's why money is so important to us as humans.
On the other hand, should anyone aim for education? Is there any need to be educated? After all, "money answers all things." Isn't it?
Our definition of education may differ, but in all of that, education has to do with the impartation of knowledge. Or are you saying the years of acquiring an education are a total waste of time?
That reminds me of a story about a certain young man who saw education (going to school) as a total waste of time. So he decided that he wouldn't spend his precious time going to school. Rather, he will channel his energy to invest in doing business. He was very successful in his business. As the case was, his business started growing beyond the national borders to the international community.
He needed to read and understand some terms of agreement and negotiations that pertained to his business. But he has never been to school, it was a waste of time. How will he read? He relied on his personal assistant who virtually ran the business whenever it came to the point of paperwork.
This international deal came. His trusted worker gave him some documents to sign as they were about his international deals. Little did he know he was signing off his business to his trusted worker who knew his inability at reading. Long story cut short, he lost his business to this assistant. He didn't know how to read and write, he was virtually represented in very important discussion because of his inability to communicate effectively.
You see, education is beyond acquiring a certificate. The importance of education cannot be overrated, no matter how much money we have.
The Importance of Education |
---|
Education is an eye-opener that opens your eyes to many opportunities to run your business effectively.
Education enables easy communication
It builds resilience and self-confidence
It boosts your ego and abilities
It enhances your character and behaviour and relationship with people.
Money is good. Besides money, you'll need education to complement your status. Don't be an illiterate rich man/woman who can't even count the money he/she has. Education can't be a waste, it is a path that leads to many opportunities.
Running the two side by side won't be a bad idea and doing away with one completely may be very dangerous. Hence, they're both important to us.

"Wow, what a thought-provoking post! 💡 I love how you've highlighted the importance of education alongside money. It's so true that having one without the other can be limiting. 🤔 Education is indeed an eye-opener that opens doors to many opportunities, and it's amazing how it can build resilience, confidence, and character. 🌟
I completely agree with your statement that running both side by side won't be a bad idea! 💡 In fact, I believe that education can even boost our ego and abilities, making us more effective business owners or entrepreneurs. 🔥
What I find particularly interesting is the story about the young man who lost his business due to his lack of literacy skills. It's a valuable lesson for all of us, and it reminds me that education is not just about acquiring knowledge, but also about developing essential life skills like communication and negotiation. 📚
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic! What do you think is the most crucial aspect of education? Is there a particular skill or subject area that you believe is essential for success in today's world? Share your ideas with us, and let's have a lively discussion! 😊
