Steem greetings to everyone in @steem4 professionals, its my first time being here and I'm glad to be part of this context. I want to really appreciate the organizer of this contest because from here we learn valuable knowledge which can be a source of transformational tools in our career and other aspects of our lives. Teaching is the intentional activity which aims at bringing about learning. Intentional is something that is being planned while activity entails or involves what you want to do. Teaching Methods is the methodology of passing knowledge or information to the learner.

• According to Prof Bab Fafunwa define teaching methods as a conscious activity . For a teacher to be proficient he/she must use differents type of teaching methods,he or she should not rely on the old method, should imbibe new skills.

• it's bring excitement.

• Make learning thick and easy.

• Create the eagerness and willingness to learn

A good teacher must;

✓ Know himself,

✓ know the subject matter

✓ know the ability of each child; here we have different types of students;

Talented students, This are exceptional children that are fast in assimilation and they can equally learn without supervision.

average learner;they are in-between they can strive on their own but still need attention and guidance,

lastly special learner or slow learner, this particular set of students its takes time before they can understand and assimilate at this point a tutor or teacher must diversify into different teaching methods in order to accommodate all caliber of students in aforementioned.

To make the lesson very interesting my students carryout practical on the topic balancing or supplementing plant nutrients with animal protein why because plants protein has limiting Amino acids because of inhibitor that hinders their availability so we balance it with animal protein

Class Room Management is another proficiency aspect in the teaching career which if not properly followed can damage the destiny of children. As a professional teacher the followings are steps in classroom management;

✓ Establish clear expectations

✓ Establish good relationship with your learners

✓ Establish Classroom routine

✓ Use positive reinforcement

✓ Engage the students in activities.

Failure to portray or imbibe the aforementioned steps, learner future may be at stakes especially the special learner or slow learner because the tutor are the builder and whatever the child will become is in the hand of the teacher or tutor.
