My profession was my pride

When I noticed this contest, I needed to enter it, because I thought my experience would help someone to obtain some knowledge for their profession. Even though the competition was named 'My profession is my pride", I had to amend the title to 'My profession was my pride' because I am now a retired person. My friend @emanul17. I believe there is no problem with modifying the title slightly, but the information might be really beneficial.

What profession were you involved in? Share some words about your profession.

My profession involved coordinating work, and I was in charge of organizing and managing a wide range of events hosted by my Institution, such as seminars, workshops, public lectures, and our main annual exhibition, 'Techno". I had to interact with a variety of people, including stall holders, stall constructors, printers, plaque producers, business owners, transportation providers, hotels, food suppliers, the general public, and my office employees. I was always concerned with ensuring that the event ran perfectly from start to end.

As I have good organizational skills, clear communication skills and the capacity to manage many tasks at once, all these help me to carry out my duties perfectly. My most important skill was that I could handle any difficult moment with calm and wisely. After working with a variety of people and seeing the final result of our efforts, as well as the success of our event, I truly enjoyed my profession.

Do you think others need to know about your profession to help them gain ideas, experience and knowledge!

Yes, I believe that understanding about my profession will be beneficial to others. I believe that coordinated work will be used in some way by most professions, therefore it can be useful in a range of fields. They will understand how to plan activities, manage time, and successfully interact with various groups. All these will provide the people to learn about the important skills such as problem-solving and dealing with unexpected circumstances. Those who know about my profession, can handle their situation perfectly and understand the importance of planning and teamwork. Finally, I can develop their interest in event management and other coordinating activities.

Are you willing to share your profession or what you are most experienced or good at?

Of course, I am very interested in sharing my profession and what I am good at in my profession. I am sure when I share my knowledge, it will help them to develop their career. I am willing to talk about the skills that are needed to be a good coordinating manager such as planning, communication, and multitasking duties. I can share my experience with them on how to handle the various aspects of event management from the start to the end. By sharing my knowledge, I hope to improve the talents of the professionals who work in this industry.
