My understanding of the word "Quack" |

Quack are set of people who doesn't have proper information or procedures about a profession but are practicing it. Quacks evolves from two situations: either the person didn't complete the training institute or he/she is self acclaimed. These set of people are really dangerous in any profession and are to avoided by all means.
Do Quacks Exists In All Profession? |

In every profession of human endeavor, quacks tends to exist. The fact is that not everyone in a profession is meant to be in that profession. But at the end of the day, they venture into the profession which they end up as quack. Imagine an electrical engineer who studied in a tertiary institution but can't connect a simple circuit when called upon.
My Experience With a Quack Medical Personnel |

I had an experience with a quack medical personnel before. There was a time I had rashes all over my body. The condition became worse that I was rushed to a medical personnel. The person told me that I had staphylococcus and she needed to confirm it. She ran some tests and told me that I'll have a five days serial injection. She told my dad the cost #12000 which is approximately 28 steems.
My dad paid and I undergo the process. But, no changes were made. Then, we discovered that we visited a quack and we couldn't retrieve the money. I was later transferred to a health facility which I recovered in no time. That experience taught me that we cannot easily identify a quack from the real one because quack sound real too.
What Can The Society Do To Punish Quacks |

Quacks are done lot of damages to lot of individual victims and the society at large. I think the society should be on the feet to fight off this monster among men. On the part of the society, they should confiscated and shut down the operating area of the quack. Then, they should be reported to the society handling the profession he or she is mimicking. Finally, they should be handed over to the government for proper punishment.

Here are the punishments I'll endorse to quacks
- The first punishment is compensation of the victims of the quack. His or her records of victims should be checked and the quack should compensate the victim and double the price if possible.
- His or her facility should be shut down and confiscated.
- The quack should be punished according to the law of the profession he or she is mimicking.
- Finally, the punishment should be in hand with the nation's constitution.
