Hola amigos de steemit, les presento mi primer post de entrenamiento lo cual me gusto realizar ya que es un ejercicio anaeróbico y muscular. El burpee es un ejercicio muy completo en el que se trabaja la fuerza, resistencia y coordinación. Al realizarlo involucraremos la mayoría de los músculos de nuestro cuerpo, fortaleceremos pectorales, tríceps, hombro, cuádriceps, femorales, gemelos, abdominales y glúteos, espero que les guste este ejercicio y se animen a ponerse en forma, hasta luego mi gente se me cuidan.
Hello friends of steemit, I present my first training post which I liked doing since it is an anaerobic and muscular exercise. The burpee is a very complete exercise that works on strength, endurance and coordination. By doing it we will involve most of the muscles of our body, we will strengthen pectorals, triceps, shoulder, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, abs and buttocks, I hope you like this exercise and are encouraged to get in shape, see you later my people take care of me.
