What are the factors that determine the best planting time for beans, and how can farmers achieve this?

The factors which influence the farming time of the beans that the farmers must understand to get the optimal growth of the beans. The temperature is the main factor which determines the bean planting times.The bean grow in the warm environment the bean planting require the temperature of the soil about from 15 to 30 ° C .If the soil is cold the process of the bean planting growth will be delay and it will lead to the less establishment. It is very important to monitor the temperature of the soil. The soil thermometers can help the farmers to assess the temperature of the soil to grow the beans.

Another important factor which influence the farming of the bean planting is the climate. The beans are sensitive to cold environment and these beans grow in the spring after last frost.The farmers must understand about the climate changes for the farming of the beans such as temperature and the patterns of the perspiration. The moisture of soil is very important to planting the beans. The adequate moisturization is required for this farming. Sensors for Soil moisture can be used to monitor the moisture.

Bush and pole beans are the two categories on the basis of the growth habits. The bush beans grown in the dense manner. They can be easily managed. While the pole beans they require the support to grow. They can be grown in the small areas.

The different varieties of the beans are susceptible to the diseases. Some varieties of the beans are specifically resistant to the common diseases such as rust and wilt. Some varieties of the beans are able to withstand the diseases. Those crops which are disease resistant are significant to decrease the loss of the crops.

What home remedies can bean farmers use to minimize chemical/inorganic use while controlling pests?

The oil drived form the Neem trees it is one of the natural pesticides. It disrupts the life cycle of the insects because it has azadirachtin which inhibit the growth of the pests. It is used by mixing with water and it can be applied in the morning. The garlic has strong odor which can disrupt the pests and farmers can be used it to make a spray with water. It can be sprayed into the plants.

The aphids and spider mites can be killed by using a simple soap solution. By mixing dishwash Soap into the water and it can be sprayed into the plants. This spray will block the breathing of the pests.

It is very important to monitor the signs and symptoms of teg pest attacks which will be better to take actions to protect the plants. The farmers should used physical barriers and roe covers to prevent the plants from pest attacks.

How do we store bean in our homes to main their quality and shelf life

If we will store properly the kidney, black beans they can lasts for years. But those beans which are cooked they have a small shelf life. It is very important to ensure that the beans must be clean while storing and also significant to remove dirt and damaged beans.

The airtight jars of glass can be used to store the beans. It is very important to keep moisture out. The environment for the storage of the beans should be dark, cool and away from the light of sun. The temperature should be from 50 to 70.The cooked beans can be stored in the freezers. The beans should be placed in a glass jar container.
