It is true that agriculture is the major foundation of any economy because literally everything comes from agriculture ranging from food to clothes,etc. And the effects of climate change impacts us all because one way or the other, we're benefiting from agriculture. From your solutions, I quite agree with you that government should implement policies in place to reduce carbon emissions and burning of fossil fuels including introduction of irrigation techniques.
