Hello my fellow steemians from Steem-agro family. It's good to see you all here. It's another contest for drawing. Oh, I love drawing. Thank you @ahsansharif for this contest. I am going to show my artistic prowess as usual. I am going to tell you the steps I take in drawing a strawberry as well as the importance of this fruits to the body. Stay tune and enjoy reading.
Steps I took in Drawing a Strawberry
Step 1: The first step I took was to gather my drawing materials: pencil, eraser, red pen, sharpener and a drawing plane paper.
Step 2: The next step I took was to start drawing. Here, I sketch a shape of a strawberry- the body and the leaves at the upper part of the body, that gave me the picture of what I will admire later.
Step 3: In step 3, I inserted the seed codes on the outer part of the fruits. With my pencil and red pen , I carefully inserted them one after the other. This was very tedious but I had to endure because I wanted the best picture.
Step 4: In this step, I had to colour my work with my red biro so as to give a sparkling red colour of the most admiring fruits. It also took me a great time. This was the most difficult part to do. I enjoyed this part of drawing because I salivated while drawing it.
Step 5: This was the final step. Here, I coloured the leaves with my green crayon and also gave a background at the base to bring out an admiring finishing. This is my strawberry.

*Strawberry can be used to whitens teeth. This means that, a bad, coloured teeth can be corrected with constant eating of raw strawberry.
*Unlike other fruits, strawberry seeds are on the outer parts of the fruits.
*When strawberry is harvested, it automatically stops ripening unlike other fruits.
*It is a fruit that can survive anywhere on the globe and at any weather condition.
*The seeds present in each fruit ranges between 200 to 250.
*It is the fruit that contains the most of vitamin C among other fruits.
*Strawberry contains a substance, ellagic acid that helps to fight cancer in the body.
*It is a member of Rose family.
Importance of Strawberry
*Strawberry is an excellent source of Vitamin C and Manganese. Vitamin C helps in a good eye sight.
*It is rich in antioxidant. This helps to lower blood sugar, thus, regulating blood sugar.
*Strawberry is a good source of food. It can be eaten raw or used in preparing desserts in some parts of the world.
*The simple sugar, glucose from the fruit helps in fighting diabetes.
*Strawberry contains fibre that helps in digestion thereby preventing constipation.
*The Vitamin C content in this fruit helps to boost body immune system and thus prevent diseases in the body.
*The juice in the fruit helps to smoothen the body, making it looks healthy.
*The present of Vitamin B9 helps in the growth of body tissues and cells.
However, excessive consumption of raw strawberry can affect internal organs of the body. The concentration of acid in the fruit can cause ulcer, which may threaten health.
