Is Stress Necessary?

Even this morning at work they pointed out to me that stress is necessary for work. I don't agree, that is, some stress is necessary to motivate and it is also inevitable, but some things can be avoided all right.

If the stress comes from a badly organized situation for example, or from a person who doesn't know how to behave and pours his stress onto others, perhaps because he brings it with him from the situation at his house, then am I bound to suffer it too?

The work must be done with diligence and energy and among the work tasks there is certainly that of learning to cope with stress.

First of all nobody teaches you, they just tell you that you have to learn to overcome it, and how?

Secondly, there is a bit of confusion about what stress means, perhaps it is normal for someone to make drama and vent on others, I don't think that colleagues should suffer such stress and above all I don't think it is useful for the work of Nobody.

Not to mention when general stress is tangible and customers notice it too, then what benefit does it bring?

As one of the youngest at work, if I complain about the situation they consider me someone who doesn't want to work!

What do you think?
