Sauteed cauliflower, long beans and Kong Kee Tofu. The taste quite spicy. The ingredients are garlic, shallots, ginger, tomato and chillies. The Kong Kee Tofu the texture extremely smooth and so tasty. I cooked it into the rice cooker when I was working in Manado, North Celebes. I am on cloud nine to enjoy my own cooking

first, you have to chop all of the ingredients such as 4 shallots, 2 cm of ginger, 1 tomato and 3 red chillies. Special for garlic you have to mince it. I mince approximately 6 garlics (I do love Garlics and also good for our health. Hehe ☺️)

The second turn on the stove then pour a little oil into the pan then heat it up

Then put the garlic first before the oil heat. Continued put all of her friends, shallots then gingers. Thereafter chillies then tomato
I slightly pressed the tomato and mixed it with all the ingredients. When had orange colour and the aroma pretty good, I put a little water about 100 ml.

After the waiter boiled, I put Cauliflower into the pan then mix with the ingredients. Approximately 7 minutes later, I put long beans.
I gave a little salt and sugar plus a little black pepper.
Big NO to MSG !

When they almost cooked, I put The Kong Kee Shrimp Tofu which is I had slice last time. (Before slice this Tofu, I suggest you to wash it with the hot water)

When The Tofu came in to the pan, you have to be careful to stir it. Inasmuch as The Tofu extremely soft and breaks easily.
About 7 minutes later, turn of the stove
