I wouldn't call that investment, as many refer to spending crypto and FIAT money for virtual land in the virtual worlds, recently referred as "META".
As all financial advisors say, "invest only what you are ready to loose". Isn't that a clear sign?
Still, if you are the risky type of person, that is the hype and probably a means to quick profits. And we all know, where a chance for quick profits exists, the high risks of loosing everything go hand in hand ;)
