My name is Bond... Clear Bond :D

Photo straight after washing. Let me tell you, this is how I looked at myself in the mirror and some things do not suit me. Namely, I'm too skinny and my stomach is too big. I know that it is caused by a bad diet and not an entirely healthy lifestyle. That's why I decide to take care of myself a little. Tomorrow I get up in the morning and diet, after work some exercises. For now, these will be light exercises. Wish me luck ;)

Zdjęcie prosto po umyciu się. Powiem wam, że tak patrzyłem na siebie w lustrze i trochę rzeczy mi nie pasuje. Mianowicie jestem za chudy, a ma za wielki brzuch. Wiem, że jest to spowodowane złą dietą i nie do końca zdrowym trybem życia. Dlatego postanawiam trochę wziąć się za siebie. Jutro wstaję rano i dieta, po pracy jakieś ćwiczenia. Na razie będą to ćwiczenia lekkie, później się okaże jak to wyjdzie. Życzcie mi powodzenia ;)
