Ingredients:
🍿 200gr. red lentils
🍅 2 medium tomatoes
🧂 1 sachet baking powder
🥢 spices (I like garlic and smoked paprika)

Cooking:
✅ soak lentils for 2 hours (or overnight)
✅ drain the lentils and beat with a blender along with the spices
✅ cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the minced meat
✅ fry over medium heat, covered on both sides (about 2-3 minutes on each side)

The more tomatoes there are, the juicier the cutlets will be.
