Hello there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post.
A hectic Sunday
It was a hectic Sunday for me at the chamber, as predicted. Another doctor went to another clinic as a proxy doctor. Hence, I had to do the duty alone at my workplace.
Like last week's Saturday, I did eleven and a half hours of duty. I consulted 62 patients in my chamber. In the visa medical section, 67 people came for the check-up, and I had to examine them (quick check-up). Today, I came in contact with almost 130 people in total. Around 50% of them were sick.
Most of the patients came with the symptoms of seasonal flu. A good number of students came today as well. It looks like the viral infection is quite prevalent in the schools. A few of them came with tummy upsets.
Regarding physical activities, I didn't go to morning work today. However, I made 10k plus steps. Most of the steps came from in-clinic movements between my chamber and other places. So, you can imagine how many times I needed to move!
Let us see a few photographs I captured recently

Okay. That's all for now. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
