Few days back we all heard about electricity shortage news from different parts of the world and many of you reading here might be aware of that.
In my country India a well there was electricity shortage in many cities. We can't say that the shortage is gone or if gone will not come back.
Rich countries can import coal from coal producing countries but that is not the ultimate or vital solution for these shortages.
As i have told that me and my husband went to jaipur ( our first trip together ).
we have not only enjoyed there alot but also see how people there are adopting things that tackle this problem of electricity shortages.
I saw houses and buildings there who have started using solar energy for generating electricity. I captured some photos of these buildings and houses.
The two photographs you see below are buildings that were using solar panels for electricity generation.
You can see on the left side of below photograph , there are so many solar panels on the top of the terrace. Those panels are capable of generating electricity.
If i am not wrong this building was also using the panels.
So i can say that maybe people are now knowing the value of resources given to us by the nature. The sun and solar panel can be a great way to tackle electricity shortage.
My new house top floor is under construction and i am thinking of talking to my dad so that we can apply solar panels for our house.
It will not be our first time , at my grandfather's house they have already set-up an solar panel for themself. That is only a one big panel that is helpful in case of electricity shortage.
what are your thoughts on this. Do you think we need to implement solar panels and that it is a major thing people should focus on adopting. Do let me know in comments below.
Thank you.

hi @kahkashan
Solar energy cannot solve one major problem: what to do when sun is gone. And it's gone every night for many hours.
Energy cannot be really stored in any efficient way. So ... in my view, we should not rely on solar energy to much.
Cheers
