Preparation method: Boil the potatoes and peel them well. Boil the minced meat with a cup of water and bay leaves. In a frying pan, fry onion and chilli powder with a little oil and serve with minced meat. Then the minced meat should be dried and fried with ginger paste and mint leaves. Later toast powder, eggs and salt have to be mixed well. Make chopped boiled potatoes in the shape of chops, put minced meat in it. Then dip in beaten eggs, roll in toast powder and fry in a deep fryer till it turns brown. Then take it out of the oven and play it in a slightly hot condition.
