Cultural diversity - a way of life
In akin to cultural evolution, the diversity in culture which is the quality of diverse, different cultures, as opposed to monoculture, that is global homogenization of cultures portrails the level of cultural respect that each culture should have for one and other's differences.
As we known cultural diversity ranges from food, clothe, greeting, dance, languages, play and education among others. This cultures have actually become a way of life for the people in each locality. These makes the native people happy and cohabit freely without any form of disagreement.
I came in contact with this cultural dancing group in their full costume in a traditional marriage outing in a particular local government in Nigeria, and it really captured my attention, and I think sharing this picture with you will help us appreciate culture in diversity.
