Hello wonderful steemians! I greet you all, this is actually my first of posting here.So first of all I will like to say i am really excited to be part of this community.
I want to share what i have learnt just few hours ago from my elder sister who really knows how to cook different kinds of food

Today while she was about preparing shawarma I went closer to her just to see and learn, and I am happy to announce to you that it was very understandable learning it practical.

Let's start with recipes for the shawarmabread:
Flour
Baking powder
Sugar
Salt
Yeast(optional)
Vegetable oil

The steps:
-Add some water to the yeast and allow it for 10mins
-Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to the flour
-Then add the yeast to the flour
-You then knead it for at least 5mins
-You allow it to rest for 10mins,it will literally swollen up
-Then you divide the dough into smaller parts
You roll out and spread the dough into your desired shape of size
-put the spread dough into a dry pan and heat it for about 2 to 3mins
It will produce what is called shawarma bread

The recipes for making the shawarma in the bread:
you get the following
Bama cream
Sausage
Stock Cubes
Curry
Carrots
Cabbage
Pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Chicken and beef chunks

The steps:
-Add stock cubes, salt, curry and all spices to the meat and marinate for about 10 to 15mins

  • mix pepper and ketchup together
-after mixing add your sliced cabbage and carrots to the mixture
-Then you heat(fry) up your marinated Chicken and beef chunks and also the sausage

Now putting the mixture in the spread bread:
-Lay the shawarma bread and start putting the filling in it
-first filling you lay the meats
-followed by your mixture of cabbage and carrots

  • You then place the sausage
    -Gently wrap up it up
You then place it on a dry pan and heat it for about 10mins
Flip it side to side to make sure all the sides get heated deeply .
    The end
