I have been doing a lot of work with the nosql database. And couchdb seems to be the easy to use and also most of the people that I know are making use of it in their projects.
I also learned that considering a lot of linux servers are removing the mongodb due to the licenses. I think couchdb being the apache product is worth checking out.
You can download it and start using the server right away. It does not have much complicated settings and learning curve. It's infact pretty easy to learn too.
Below in a video I am going to show you how to do just that. You will learn how to install the couchdb database on your Windows operating system.
So this video is pretty good option for anyone who is into the nosql for their production or learning experience. I'd recommend you to try the video. See how the database is used and installed on windows.
Have you tried couchdb database?
