The little boys rules saved me from a lot since the day I watched it from one of the Steve Hervey's show on TV. This got me relating his rules to the quotes of Newton Scamander's quote in Fantastic beast. He said and I quote: "my phylosophy is that worrying means you SUFFER twice."
