Mesjid ini terletak persis di pingir jalan Banda Aceh-Medan kota Panton Labu.
Mesjid ini merupakan sebuah mesjid kebanggaan masyarakat Panton Labu pada khususnya serta masyarakat kecamatan Tanah Jambo Aye pada umumnya.
Kegiatan di mesjid ini sangat padat, selain kegiatan shalat lima waktu juga ada pengajian rutin, hampir setiap malam ada saja kegiatan keagamaan untuk memakmurkan mesjid.
