Honestly, not because I'm a Nigerian, but because of the truth, there a more than a hundred reasons and places for me to love my country. Naturally, we have what it takes to make us love our nation. But for this week's contest, I will be talking about The obudu holy mountain.

The Obudu holy mountain is located in Obudu, Cross River State in Nigeria. It is the highest peak in the Obudu cattle range, and was originally discovered by foreign missionaries who came to Obudu long time ago.

At the top of this mountain, one can easily see the whole of obudu's plateau, distant water falls and other beautiful gift of nature.

The mountain was initially used for prayers and that was how it got is name, believing in it's spiritual potency.

There are a lot of beautiful attractions around the mountain, which is the tree house, canopy walkaway, mini waterfall, treehouse, cable cab, and lots more.

Try to imagine Obudu holy mountain in your mind and see how beautiful it is..... You should try a visit to this place.

why I love it

There are more reasons to love Obudu holy mountain. It has been one of the most favorite choices for tourists, both local and international.

Firstly, the holy mountain is located at a place where there are a lot of attractive sites, ranging from the cattle range, beautiful waterfalls and swimming pools, and also, treehouse, like in George of the jungle.

But of this all, the most important reason why I so much love this mountain is because of its holiness. The mountain has stand out to be a place where people go for prayers retreat and for Thanksgiving to God.

People believe it that the mountain is a blessed location and also, it is one of the best place to speak to God.... Prayers made on this mountain are thought to be answered by God because of it use, name and how it got founded.

Have I ever been to Obudu holy mountain before???

Yeah..... During my last visit to Obudu, 2016. I went there for tourist purpose with my friends and it was Worth it.

Even with your money, you can't say no to Obudu holy mountain. It's amazing. We all love it.

Can u enjoy it all year long??

Yes..... I spent four days there the time I went there, but it wasn't enough for me. Obudu holy mountain is a place to call "home". It's wonderfully blessed.
