I woke up at 6 this morning, then freshened up and performed the Fajr prayers. After the prayers, I had breakfast. Then a friend of mine called me and told me that one of his relatives needed emergency blood. I immediately went to a friend to donate blood.I have never given blood before. I have been wanting to donate blood for a long time. But there was no opportunity. I volunteered to donate blood here. I don't know who needs blood when. There can be no greater joy than to have a man healed in my blood. So I think everyone who is healthy should donate blood.
Why is it necessary to give blood?
For those injured in an accident, suffering from cancer or any other complex disease, blood transfusion is required for the treatment of various diseases like surgery or childbirth or thalassemia.
However, the number of blood donors is still negligible compared to the population in Bangladesh.
According to statistics, the demand for blood in the country is eight to nine lakh bags per year, but blood is collected from six to six and a half lakh bags. There is a deficit of more than three lakh bags.
After donating blood, I came home, came home fresh and rested for some time. Then my mother brought me sweets and I ate some sweets.
Then I finished my lunch and took a bath, performed ablution for prayers and left for the mosque. I came home after prayers. When I came home, I saw that my mother had cut a lot of watermelons. I ate watermelon and went to my room to sleep at noon.
