#INTRODUCTION#
Hello friends i am happy to present to you the yam porridge that i prepared today, it's very nice and i know you will like it.
Yam porridge is very delicious and sweet to eat, here in Nigeria many people like porridge yam mostly the Yoruba speaking parts.
#Ingredients#
1 yam medium sized
onion medium sized 1
salt
blend of pepper
palm oil
crayfish
water
fresh fish
stock cubes

#preparation#
1: I cut and riase my fresh fish and put it inside the pot, than i put onion, pepper, stock cubes, and salt.

2: I put the pot on the fire for the fish to steem for three minutes

3: i peel and cut the yam in to medium sized

4: I chunks and riase the yam

5: i put the yam inside the pot and i add water that will cook the yam

6: I add palm oil, crayfish stock cubes and salt
