Natural tourism has and is one of the special gifts to nature has given to man. Aside the fact that it has geographical features that have a specific appeal to the tourism market. It has really added beauty to man's physical environment.

Natural attractions includes living things (plants, animals, insect and plants) grasslands ,rivers, polar regions, rainforests, woodlands, , mountains, beaches, deserts, caves, oceans, cliffs, swamps.

WHY PEOPLE VISIT THESE NATURAL ATTRACTIONS

1. people explore these natural attractions for research purposes

2. To feel the splendor of nature

3. To some, its an adventure

4. It has a way of reminding us of ancient History

THE MAJOR PROBLEM FACED BY THESE NATURAL ATTRACTIONS.

Management of these natural attractions has really been a major problem. Good tourism development needs conserving, managing and protecting that environment while allowing for safe and sensitive access to its attractions.

Many natural attractions has gone into extinction because of the MODERNIZATION some of these natural attractions has been destroyed or replaced by advent of sophisticated buildings, railways, Roads. Lack of maintenance: these natural attractions most times has been neglected and abandoned. Due to the long period of time these natural attractions has existed, damage could have been caused which will require repairs.

The Ancient Otuobiribiri Stream

Here i am in Otuobiribiri stream. The stream is located in Amaekpu Ohafia, Abia state. Nigeria. According to Papa Nnukwu < "The stream had been in existence since the creation of the world, but was discovered by our ancestral warriors during the Ekpe war many years ago. The warriors always drank from it to regain strength while in the battle".

Otuobiribiri is located along the way to my school, I would often feel that cozy and chilly breeze each time I approached the stream..

The fresh spring that rushes from natural clay atop and always freezing cold with so much peace and calmness that brought every sweat and panting to it's standstill.

So many relationship began from Otuobiribiri stream, as our ever cute and charming young men utilized the opportunities of assisting our damsels navigate the rough edges of the water fall with a bucket of natural living spring to woo them.
