Weather is the atmosphere of a place at a given time and at a perticular time as regards sunshine, coldness, heat,rain,drynes,wind etc.the atmosphere here in portharcourt is rain.the rain started by 1:40 pm uptill now it's still falling very haivily.right now the weather here in port-harcourt is very cold.
