As an individual who is loves and believe in nature, I will want to share some of the beautiful things nature has to offer. In today's post as the first step in sharing these beautiful things, I will be talking about the cloud.

Most of us have seen the clouds in different forms but may have not known how beneficial it is to us. In this post, I will be talking about how cloud is form, the types we have, how important it is to man the whole earth at large and a few mor things.

What are clouds

Clouds are the drops of ice crystals or water that are located in the sky or mostly floating in the sky. This is one of the beautiful things nature has to offer and we must embrace it with joy and happiness.

Formation of clouds.

The process whereby water vapour in the sky stick to sea salt or ice and a bit of dust in the higher atmosphere where the temperature there is cooler. The unseen water vapour getting to the higher atmosphere with with lower temperature force the combine with bit of dust and sea salt mostly to from clouds..

The types of clouds

Clouds are continually changing and appear in an infinite variety of forms and as a result of this they are classified base on the part of atmosphere they are found. The table belows shows how they are classified and the types .

High clouds (20,000 ft or above)	Medium clouds (6,500 and 20,000 ft over )	Low clouds (6,500 ft over)
Cirrus	Altocumulus	Stratocumulus
Cirrocumulus	Altostratus	Stratus
Cirrostratus	Nimbostratus	Cumulus and Cumulonimbus

Importance of clouds

1. Rain is as a result of clouds.
2. Reflection of heat during night which makes the environment warmer.
3. Clouds provide shade during the day. Had it not been this the heat on earth i believe should have increased.
4. Snow is gotten from clouds.
