A day out to Seethawaka Botanical Garden 🌳

Hello Steemians, This is my 1st post here on this beautiful community. So, I thought to share one of my day-out experiences with you guys. Every weekend I used to go out with my cousins or friends. This day I went with my fiance, and my cousin sister and her family to the **Seethawaka Wet Zone Botanical Garden**. This is a recently constructed wet zone garden in Sri Lanka. It's located in Awissawella, Colombo district.

It took 2hr 15 mins from our home and it was a 132km ride. This place was crowded on that day. It covers about 79 acres. There are so many flower and plant varieties and some of them are from the Sinharaja rainforest region. So, they are rare kinds of plants. The temperature is also so cool as huge Kumbuk trees. The small lakes are also cool the environment in the Seethawaka garden. There are narrow paths around the garden and we can walk along those and enjoy the environment of the garden.

Some small bridges can be seen around this garden and they are great spots to take captures. As well, there is a small mountain, and on top of that mountain there is a hut. The best view of the garden can be see to this hut. Actually, this is an amazing place to visit and you will love the atmostphere here once you visit this park.
