Hola a toda la comunidad, viendo mis fotos en mi galería recordé estos lindos momentos que pase un poco antes de la cuarentena. Dicen que recordar es vivir, y así mismo es, a través de las fotos viajamos a esos momentos preciosos que vivimos días, meses o incluso años atrás. Esta vez, recordé un paseo al parque Metropolitano, ubicado en mi ciudad, este día tuve la dicha de compartir con buenos amigos una caminata por sus áreas verdes.

Hello to all the community, seeing my photos in my gallery I remembered these beautiful moments that happened a little before the quarantine. They say that remembering is living, and so it is, through the photos we travel to those precious moments that we lived days, months or even years ago. This time, I remembered a walk to the Metropolitan Park, located in my city, this day I had the joy of sharing with good friends a walk through its green areas.

Los parques en mi ciudad están un poco descuidados por la gestión del gobierno, pero esto para nosotros no importo tanto. La idea de salir a dar un paseo era pasar tiempo juntos, relajarnos, distraernos, hablar y respirar aire fresco. Nuestras actividades diarias en muchas ocasiones nos dejan agotados, es por esto que salir a caminar al parque fue uno de nuestros comodines para ir a descansar y pasar un buen rato.

The parks in my city are a little neglected by the government, but this does not matter so much to us. The idea of going out for a walk was to spend time together, relax, distract ourselves, talk and breathe fresh air. Our daily activities in many occasions leave us exhausted, which is why going for a walk in the park was one of our wild cards to go to rest and have a good time.

El parque cuenta con varias áreas para la recreación de sus visitantes. Entre estas se encuentran, la pista de caminata y trote, un campo de tiro con arco, una piscina olímpica y otra de nado sincronizado, un área de máquinas de ejercicios, cancha de fútbol y de básquet, caminerías, parque infantil, un café y baños, entre otras.

The park has several areas for the recreation of its visitors. Among these are, the walking and jogging track, an archery range, an Olympic pool and a synchronized swimming pool, an area for exercise machines, soccer and basketball court, walking paths, playground, a cafe and bathrooms, among others.

Como nuestra idea era relajarnos y distraernos usamos la caminerías para pasear dentro del parque mientras jugábamos con la mascota de mi amiga. Realizar actividades físicas aumenta tu energía y tus ánimos. Es por esta razón, que mantenernos activos tiene muchos beneficios para el cuerpo y la mente. Frecuentemente realizo estas actividades con la compañía de mi mama o de mis amigos.

Since our idea was to relax and distract ourselves, we used the walks to walk inside the park while we played with my friend's pet. Doing physical activities increases your energy and your spirits. It is for this reason that staying active has many benefits for the body and mind. I frequently do these activities with the company of my mom or my friends.

Luego de caminar por una hora, nos sentamos en unas bancas a conversar y a ponernos al tanto de nuestras vidas. También dejamos explorar el parque a Dani la mascota de mi amiga. Es una mascota muy obediente e inteligente y a pesar de estar sin collar un rato no se separaba de nosotros.

After walking for an hour, we sat down on some benches to talk and catch up on our lives. We also let Dani my friend's pet explore the park. It is a very obedient and intelligent pet and despite being without a collar for a while it did not separate from us.

Luego de conversar, aprovechamos el tiempo y nos tomamos fotos lindas. Precisamente para inmortalizar los momentos que pasamos juntos. Ella y yo casi siempre nos mantenemos ocupadas y a pesar de vivir en la misma ciudad se nos hace complicado vernos.
