Fisherman on the Neva River

There are things that don't change. Fishermen stand on the banks of the Neva River at any time of year, in any weather. They also stand during quarantine. The police came and tried to persuade the fishermen to go back home. But the smelt was coming, you can't miss it!

Just in case, I will explain that the quarantine was very cunningly arranged in our city: parks and sports grounds were officially closed, fines were written out for visiting. Museums, theaters, restaurants, canteens and most of the shops were also closed. But full quarantine was not announced, theoretically it was possible to leave the house and go wherever you want. Instead of quarantine, there was a so-called self-isolation regime, only "strongly recommended" for citizens to stay at home. But only a small part of the population was able to sit at home and earn money for food and utilities at the same time.
