Dear Steemit community, thank you for your interest in my second publication.
Those of us who grew up in towns along the coast and maritime coasts of Venezuela got used to the traditional phosphorus soups and other coastal gastronomy. It is the garlic with its characteristic pungent flavor and the sweet chili with its aromatic spiciness, which give the seasoning to this mollusk broth composed of Guacuco and Chipichipi, fresh shells that are extracted from the warm beaches with their rough waves. The images were taken during a visit to Copey beach, located in Carúpano, Sucre state, Venezuela.
