As I'm sure is the case with most family photo collections, there are always those photos of people you simply can't identify. Here are a handful of those images from our collection.

If you look closely, you can see that the first 2 pictures, the couple with the child and the guys on the rope, are made in the same place at the same time. Going by the clothes, I would guess in the later 30s or early 40s. Obviously winter, in a region where the trees shed the leaves.
The woman below I would guess earlier, in the early to mid 20s.
The guy in the last picture perhaps also the mid 20s. Must have been on a festivity of some kind, with the flower on his jacket. Also odd: the stick or whatever it is in the belt loops.

I love old photographs! I think we have lost something with our modern digital abilities. People used to have to try with photos. Photos weren't taken willy-nilly, they'd get dressed up and pose! And they accomplished mystery and art without filters, love it!

No idea on any of these. As they've gotten passed down, they've had photos thrown into the collection of course, and some of them are unidentifiable. We're thinking photos of friends of old relatives.
