Honesty to me is the most important quality an individual can possess. When we talk about honesty, it is not just about telling the truth, but also about keeping your word. In leadership, honesty helps you gain trust from your followers. They keep their word and lead by example. Honest leaders get things done.

Therefore try as much as possible to be honest to all manner of persons. Regardless of how entangled you are let honesty be you Hallmark and you would be set free.
