INTRODUCTION.
Greetings to every steemian and a special one to all members of Amazing Ghana community. It brings me much excitement to share my daily diary game with you all, I hope you will enjoy it.
Prologue.
I had a problem with my mom’s sim card on transferring money using the MTN mobile money (MoMo) because her account hasn’t been active for a while, so we called the customer service and we were told to come to their office long with her Ghana card or ECOWAS Identity card to resolve the issue. So we planned on going there today, and I also decided to go and complete my sim registration with the capturing of my biometric details in other to avoid being disconnected.
We set off from home today approximately at 10:00am to the office, a new Tamale branch office has been opened near my area so we decided to go there instead of the old office which was much far away from us. My mom, my younger brother who is the last born of the house and myself sat on my motor cycle and off we went.
The place was a bit farther than I imagine, but it was so much closer than the previous office we used to go to. The security guard received as well and gave us both a ticket indicating our position, and we took our seats and waited for our ticket numbers to be called. The place was cool, nice, filled with decorations and of course, yellow all around. Where there is MTN there is yellow you know, is an MTN thing.
Our time finally came, my mom’s number was called first and she attended to it to get her problem solved. I was surprised it took no time at all, about 4 – 5 minutes. Then I was also called right after she came back, I went and finally completed my biometric registration with my sim card and we were all done and satisfied with the service.
It was time for us to head back home now, but I had to also pass by a fuel station to buy some fuel for the motor bike. The fuel station is not a good place for your money to go these days in Ghana, if you know what I mean…lol. We head straight home after that to get some rest and continue with our daily activities. And that was the end of my day to the MTN office.
