Why is the artistic principle not confirmed?

For beneath the aesthetics, the science of art that reflects the principles of art, there is a poetics. The problem lies in the fact that this poetics has not yet been confirmed.

One of the qualities of artists who make art is that they do not ask what the inspiration itself is, and they just start creating art. That is, they integrate grasping the inspiration and expressing it, and then there is the problem that artistic knowledge is also integrated. Obviously, this is not conducive to confirming the knowledge of art.

The established answers to art.

  1. the artist's answer from the direct artistic creation.

  2. the art critic's answer in terms of art itself.

Both of these answers fail to grasp the most fundamental part: what is the inspiration for making artistic expression? But even if one is aware of the existence of inspiration, it is difficult to confirm it, which is determined by the qualities of inspiration itself.

Here, the study of inspiration is poetics, while the study of expression of inspiration is art. In other words, artistic creation actually contains two kinds of learning. It would be impossible to confirm the principle of art if it were a straightforward learning of one kind or another.

This has actually shown that there are two separate processes of artistic expression, but why has the artist not been able to discover this? Because it is difficult to confirm the transcendental nature that inspiration has.

Established artists are keen on direct expression, but without the knowledge of inspiration, the artist would not know what exactly the art is meant to express. Inspiration is accidental and transient, thus some people will actually create out of inspiration, but even if they create based on inspiration, it is still difficult to bring it out, mainly because they lack sufficient knowledge of inspiration.

It is unbelievable that an artist does not have a reliable knowledge of inspiration to create art. This means that artists actually lack direction in their artistic expression and are unable to make reliable determinations about their own creations because they don't actually know what art is.

So what exactly is inspiration? Inspiration is actually a specific function of human consciousness: intuition. It is called sensual intuition because it occurs only in the realm of the sensual.

The problem is that although this specific sensual intuition of man is there, it has never been universally recognized because it is an implicit function of consciousness. Implicit in the sense that it can only be embodied by those who are able to realize perceptual intuition, while those who do are unable to communicate their own intuitive experience.

At the same time, the distinction between perceptual and non-perceptual intuition is "invisible" because one is in a state of non-inspiration - non-perceptual intuition - which means that it is difficult for ordinary people to distinguish between the two, i.e., even if one is occasionally in a state of perceptual intuition, it is difficult to realize its factual existence. It is difficult to realize the fact that it exists.
